I was under the impression that this came with the broom, It does not.
Hat hardly fit my child's head and shes quite petite so that was a surprise, she ended up taking it off for the majority of her trick-or-treating...
sleeves are scratchy as they are made from fine tool. the glitter-glue stars add to its scratchiness but make for a nice effect.
Not worth purchase price. maybe 10$ cheaper would have been reasonable.
