I ordered the 4-6x for my 6yo who was wearing a size 6 or 6x at the time. When this arrived it was barely long enough to be called a T shirt! The quality is what was to be expected for the price and the fact that it was a Halloween costume and the colors were true to the photo. You just need to order 1 to 2 sizes larger or it will be a bit breezy.
