"BRANDS ON SALE" IS HORRIBLE!! DO NOT ORDER!!
I ordered a costume for a party this past weekend and paid for expedited shipping. I received an order confirmation and expected it to ship the next day. A couple of days later, I called to check on the order and was told that the item was not in stock and that I would not be getting the item.
What horrible service!! The lady I finally spoke to was rude and dismissive. If they didn't have the product, then why not have it marked as "Not In Stock" on the website? Or why not call or email me to let me know I would not be getting the item?
I needed the item quickly - hence the expedited shipping charge I paid for - their incompetence has put me in a bind. I will seek out any "Customer Complaint" sites and tell anyone who will listen just how bad their customer service is and to avoid their site.
