This item is very poor quality and is not cut to fit a woman of the size listed. The shoulders are large enough for a man of over 6 feet who wears a large size t-shirt. This coat will not button properly for a woman who wears a size 13 pants. It fits like it was cut and sewn for a man - straight down. The coat is not designed for a woman! It is made by the costume company Charades and does not look like a cowboy duster but more like a vampire slayer. The company who sold this should have included a proper size chart on their listing. If you must get this item drive to a local store and try it on first. Don't waste your money by ordering this online.
