The material is very cheap, probably not even worth $30 and the shipping.
The picture shows a very nice material, and what you get is this cheap stretchy stuff.
The hat isn't as perfect as the picture either. The black thing isn't attached and slides around.
It's good enough, but not what I was expecting.
I wish I could contact them to get what's in the picture but I doubt they're the manufacturers.

Its awesome. I will be wearing it for every occasion that it might fit and even some that it won't. Celtics Games, Halloween, and St. Paddy's Day! Love It!
