seller refunded. clasp is cheap plastic and broke the first time we tried it. not seller's fault, just needs different clasp. otherwise very cute. we used it on our smaller dog and tied/pinned it.

Tie fits perfectly on my cat and has made for some great photo opportunities. He doesn't mind wearing it and it really brings out his eyes.
