It's a plain and simple cap-pad. I thought it'd be a little thicker than what it is, as its rather thin and won't/ wouldn't give you much real padding.
Better get it!
If you intend on wearing the helmet then you better get this cap. It held the helmet in place very well. I didn't have to create a chin strap as I thought I'd need to.
Suggested purchase if you buy a metal helmet!!
Fits most heads. If you buy a metal helmet, you should purchase one of these if you intend to wear it. Must have to keep your head from feeling beat up.
