Harry Potter Child's Death Eater Costume, Large - 4.4 out of 5 stars from 7 customer reviews
This is a very good costume
This costume is very durable. I really like it because it was made out of thick material that doesn't rip easily. It is very cool because the sleeves have a hole for your thumb and have a design that almost looks like arctic camouflage. The only thing I didn't like about it were the puffy sleeves.
A Kid's Review
I bought this for my son. It's a good costume, but I wanted to mention two things:
The sleeves are ridiculously tight. It was quite a comical struggle each time my average-sized four year old put this on. I hoped it wasn't cutting off his circulation too much!
Also, the eyes in the mask are sunken in, and it made the mask uncomfortable. I taped some padding into the forehead of the mask so that it stuck out a little bit and took some pressure off the eyes. (Pretty crafty of me, I thought.) He still didn't wear it for very long, but that's probably typical for any child's mask.
For the price I still think it's a decent costume. Death Eaters are cool!
Good Costume
My son is totally excited about this costume. He was a little bummed that it didn't come with the wand, like in the picture (but I should have read the description better). I hung it in his closet still in the bag and forgot it was there. A few days later I pushed all his clothes to one side so I could hang up more. This cracked his mask and he was very sad. The mask looks cool but I wish it were more sturdy. Be careful!
