We purchased this costume at a Halloween store. On the bag it does state that it is only the shirt/dress. This was the only Selena Gomez costume we found and my daughter loved it! We purchased a pair of tights and used a pair of brown boots and a wand. My daughter got many compliments and the shirt dress could easily be used during the year.
The only thing I did was cut the neck piece that makes the scarf looks like it was around the neck. We had a hard time getting our daughter's head through it so I cut it and works just fine since it closes with velcro.
The costume was a little pricey, but was well worth it!Disappointed
The description of this product did not say what came with the costume, so I was disappointed to find only the dress with attached scarf in the package for $40! I actually used this for my 10 year old daughter and it looked perfect. The last issue I have is the price. I'm a pretty true size 'large' but this costume was hanging off me on the sides and front, so incredibly unflattering. I'd have gone a size down but then the dress would have been too short and I'm not quite willing to let my bum cheeks hang out. So if you do plan on wearing this or ordering it be certain to order a size smaller than usual.

I bought two red riding hood costumes- and I am going to keep this one and send the other one back- it does run big though! I wanted to be Little Red Writing Hood (since I am a writer) so I got this outfit for Halloween. It arrived on time, fit well (I am 5"8, 145 lbs & the small fit perfectly), & looked great. It says small is 6-8, and I also wear Banana Republic 6-8 sizes, as well as American Eagle the same. So it fit standard retailer sizes.
Unfortunately I forgot the hood at home, so I ended up looking like a truck-stop waitress. But heck, that is cute too.

I stumbled on this cosplay while searching for Fullmetal Alchemist uniforms that would fit me. I am a small person so this is always a challenge.
When I saw that there was an option to customize this Roy Mustang costume and that the price was (to my knowledge) the lowest custom costume price I jumped on it.
I am very pleased with the result. It fits me perfectly, the price was great, and my friends (fans of FMA) love the cosplay too.
I highly recommend this seller!
My only suggestion would be to add in the uniform hat and/or sell it separately. Not many sellers have the hat so it would be great to make it available.

...it is very close. Love the length (I'm tall) so it fits me just fine. The quality is excellent for the price. It is thicker material than I expected as the photos made it look thinner and more see-through. (The dress in those pics may not have been made of the same material as what I received.)
For Halloween I will make a couple of changes, like the leg slit has eyelets and a drawstring at the top. I will remove that and re-sew it. Also, I will have to make a new belt, the one that came with the gown is a joke. So don't expect to use it. It doesn't even fit my skinny 13 year old daughter! Those are minor complaints though.
Anyway, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to save a little on an Elvira costume.

I just got this in the mail yesterday and it looks nothing like the picture nor the discription. It is made very small for like a small baby when it says that it can fit a child 2-8. It say's that it is made out of tulle but it feels so ruff like a fish netting material and the black ribbon on the bottom is falling off and it was sent that way. Size is as described for the body. But the head is way to small to fit for a 4-6yr old, found this though with every costume thus had to adjust. Need to put more straw.cheaply made

I ordered this for Halloween a month in advance. Received the product and was damaged. Send the item back and paid $10 for postage. I did not receive a credit on my credit card nor did not receive a non damage item in the mail before Halloween.
After Halloween check my credit card and still did not received my credit. I lost $10 in postage for a product that was defective. I did request a refund for the postage but not receive a refund for the postage. Very disappointed with this company.
