First off the vendor, Toynk Toys, I purchased this from off of Amazon was WONDERFUL!! The customer service was 100% & they did all they could to make me a happy customer when I was dissatisfied with the product. Keeping in mind they are just the seller & the actual vendor to whom manufacturer's this Thriller Jacket didn't respond to any of my complaints or concerns. This jacket is WAY OVER PRICED for the quality. My son wore this once for Halloween & by the end of trick or treating it already had a whole in the arm pit of the jacket sleeve! The jacket has these heavy duty buttons on this vinyl/plastic jacket that you are afraid to even use because when you go to unbutton it you are afraid that the plastic by the button is going to rip! When I received this product I took it out of the packaging & the black die from the thriller jacket was on the red sleeves & also on the back of the jacket as well. I guess this happened from the way it was folded within the packaging. Although my son...
Because of the way it was packaged...
The jacket's black pieces leeched into the red and I'm guessing the heat also made the glued parts separate from each other leaving sticky residue on parts of the jacket. I cleaned up some of it but the leeched black on red cannot be "fixed". The sellers might want to figure out a better way to fold the item. Otherwise it's a nice jacket and true to the sizing.

I was sceptical at ordering but my daughter really wanted the thriller jacket for her M.J.Themed party and all I could find in stores where cloth pullover types so I gave in...it came right on time..and was absolutely perfect..a little big..but so realistic to the one he wore in the video..I think I was more excited then she was..will definitely order again.
