This service is poor
I ordered the costume as advertized in a size 12-14. I received it in a size 10. I asked Brands on Sale whom your company procesed the sale through, when I would receive a refund. They stated the week of the 20th of October. As of yet, I still have not received my refund of $71.39. I wrote a complaint to the B.B.B. about their service. There is a 70 minute wait to speak to one of Brands on Sales' reps. I am not a very happy customer.
