This little tee is cute as can be on our little dog. We plan to use it for Halloween. It is made out of regular T shirt material and is a bright royal purple. Haven't washed it yet, but directions say to wash on cold, hang dry. I'll probably put it in a lingerie bag and toss it in the washer with a load of darks and hang dry. Our dog is 16" from base of neck to tail, 19" chest, 12" neck. The shirt fits like a normal T shirt would fit, not too baggy, not too tight.
