Costume Review
This costume was a disappointment. It seemed very cheaply made for the money it cost. It was way too big, and would have been nice to be offered in smaller sized. The costume did not come with fishnet tights or the wig.
Avoid like the plague!
I know that Halloween costumes are normally not of the greatest quality but this was just sad. I ordered this product online and when it arrived, the neck of the dress (where it dips like a "V" in the front) was already slightly torn, there were bits of excess thread that were left on after sewing, the apron straps were huge (as was the hat which came with the costume), and the slit on the bottom of the skirt was already beginning to tear. Also, the material, of which the dress is made, is so flimsy that it actually rolls up on its own because there is no hem at the bottom to hold down the fabric. I cannot sew to save my life which is why I bought the costume in the first place. However, I actually had to cut off all of the excess bits of thread, sew the tear in the neck, prevent the tear on the bottom of the skirt from worsening, and take the straps up so that they would not sag on my chest. I doubt that whoever was making this costume was being paid well enough for their labor so I...
Fine
This was bought as a backup costume for a RHPS production. Product is fine, obviously cheap and one of the apron straps was not attached.
