I purchased this costume for my petite 8 year old daughter. The size was perfect 8-10 but as I mentioned she is petite (size 7-8) so I imagine it runs small. It is a nice quality, flannel-like material similar to a nightgown which was warm over regular clothes for trick or treating. Not to mention she was a very authentic Queen Amidala!
