I ordered this hoping it would come in time for a costume party and it did not. On Amazon I was able to follow the process for returns, paid more than $6 to ship it back and they refused the return. They only offer returns if it's due to a wrong item shipped or defective item. Point for shopping in-store I guess, and big negative points for this company and their policies.
It's called a 'seasonal' item, even if you're buying a costume in February? People don't just get dressed up on Halloween and even so I should have been stopped in the returns process if I was just going to get this crappy costume (went to a shop and wore an amazing costume that wouldn't have even begun to fit in the flimsy box this came in, let alone the hat).
Very disappointed.
Didn't come with pants
Ordered for my roommate and its soppose to come with the white pants but it didn't.too close to Halloween to return so had to compramise
Great costume!
The pants were a bit big around and transparent so my fiance wore pants underneath and tucked the costume pants into them (since there was no drawstring or belt loops). Depending on your height they will most likely be a bit long because they fit him just right... I believe his pant size is 32 X 36 (could be off on the inseem, he is 6'2" in total). We bought shoe cover boot look a likes in addition to what was provided and thank goodness! The shoes in this package give you feux elephantitis! Beware if you wear an XL hat because my fiance's L fitting barely made the cut.
The costume held up well with a fairly inebriated night, going to sleep on the sidewalk and some excessive dancing. A true Napoleon experience for Halloween!
