The costume fits well but, the color of the "white" part is actually light pink. The hat is a mangled worthless, wrinkled mess and it is unwearable.
Which is okay with me, I am not a big fan of hats anyway. The front of the dress will need some pressing to make the pleat in the front because that was not done
by whomever made it. You will likely need at least a half slip with this dress because of the panel in the front.
