I was invited to a big princess and pirate party, and wanted an outfit that didn't cost too much and wasn't too revealing. I had a hard time finding a girl pirate costume that I could wear out in public. Many were just too scandalous. Others were pretty pricey. This one adjusts to various shapes, was comfortable to wear and looked good. Added some nice dark makeup around the eyes and it was perfect.
