This costume is VERY cute, but the material is kind of thin (as are most costumes). My daughter wore an extra shirt under the dress, because she was too cold with just the costume. However, when she did this, the costume became tight. If you plan on having a child wear this in colder weather, I would recommend ordering a size larger, so additional clothes will fit underneath. Super cute on though!!!
