First of all, I ordered this shirt at the last minute from "Designs by Kate", and they went above and beyond to get it to me in time. Secondly, the shirt itself is very high quality. Crisp, white and well-laced- it looks like something that might actually be worn in the period. I.e., it's not your typical costume historic shirt or a thin, poorly made fabric like one so often finds. I'm 5'6" and the small sizing was a tad big around the waist, so if you're a thin frame consider a smaller-than-normal size. But that's just a matter of sizing- all around this shirt can't be beat for the double the price.
Good Shirt
I purchased this shirt for my husband to wear to a festival. It's good quality and should last for quite awhile. I would consider buying a size s/m if you usually wear a large size t-shirt. My husband usually wears a large, and I ordered him the l/xl shirt, but it's pretty roomy.
Great peroid style shirt
Just got this shirt in the mail today. Great quality period style shirt. Perfect for a swashbuckler, noble, or, if you add some filth, a great peasant shirt as well. Gold eyelets and a silk string for the chest and comfortable yet strong elastic around the wrists. Material breathes without feeling light and cheap. Halloween will be fun this year.
