I wanted an easy costume for my little guy that wouldn't cause much fuss and this was great. We paired it with a thermal tee and my kiddo just thought he was wearing overalls. It was great and it is super cute. Everyone complimented the little guy. I would definitely recommend it for toddlers. I think it runs true to size.
Great, simple costume
I bought this costume for my son for Halloween when he was 2. He was mostly afraid of costumes--costumed characters, mascots, etc. He didn't want anything confining, covering his face, or anything that altered his look (picky kid at 2!). This was great because we just put it on over a long-sleeved shirt because the weather was cool and left his sneakers on and he looked great. The hem is pretty shoddy, but unless he's wearing it all the time, it stands up fine for a Halloween night.
