This is a fun cape and hat for the kids. It is cheaply made, but it is cheap in price also. For the kids it works fine.

almost perfect
Purchased this for our 5 year old grandchild who had requested a magic kit from Santa so we thought this would be a good add-on. She liked it as did we. Liked the fact that the neck fastener was made of velcro - so it is easy to put on and off - also think it's safer than having to tie the cape on. I do think the neck should be a little bigger/wider - it went around her neck with only a little room to spare, so if you have a big child, it could be uncomfortable.
