I got compliments left and right on how awesome this costume looked. (I used it with other props to be the phantom of the opera)The problem is it was poorly made. The chains in front are literally held on by a thread and the slightest tug will pull them loose.
Disappointed
This costume looked cool when I took it out of the package. However, as my hubby was putting it on over his head, one of the silver chains came loose. So he took it off for me to pin it on. Then, the second chain pulled loose and I didn't have another pin to fix it, so he was unable to wear it. Disappointed because we were getting ready to go to a Halloween party. Also, we ordered XL, but the fit was small, more like a Medium. The cape was great, though. And the overall appearance of the costume looked good. I wish it would have worked.
Congradulations! It's a Vampire
I am 6'1 and weigh 135lbs, so I was worried this size Medium would be obscenely large on me. It was not. There is even a couple ties to tighten things for that close fit look. Almost too short, but just long enough. I am impressed with the quality of the costume. It was listed as saying that the color was "as shown" which had me nervous as the others specifically said Black/Red. Thankfully the "as shown" is also black/red. The chains are also almost twice as long as shown in the picture, so they droop lower, but I like that. And finally, the red is not as deep or dark as in the picture but it IS a nice color red.
All in all this product has my seal of approval.
