Medium fit my 9 year old neice perfectly
My niece is a bit tall for a 9 year old (4'5" a little over 60lbs) and this fit her perfectly for her Betsy Ross presentation at school, not to mention the great price (all other places were charging double for the same exact thing).
Incomplete!
The dress and apron are adorable and worked perfectly for my daughter's school presentation on Betsy Ross. However, the costume came without the hat!!! It's pretty important for completing the look, so my husband contacted the company. Their solution was for us to send the whole thing back and they would send us another one. Well, that would be ok except not only would we not receive it in time for my daughter's presentation, but we would also have to pay shipping to return it, plus a 20% restocking fee! Not impressed with the costumer service here at all. I don't understand why it was not possible for them to just send us the missing hat. Thankfully we had planned a trip to see the Betsy Ross house in Philly that weekend (great experience by the way)and we were able to buy a hat there.
