I have two boxers and they prefer latex toys which are very hard to find. These are way better than balls I've been purchasing from Petco. The squeakers are still working 24 hrs later and they do not work within minutes in the latex balls from Petco. I'm definitely ordering more of these toys.
Latex peek-a-boo-toys
My German Shepherd loves pop-up latex squeaky toys. His favorite was a chick that pops out of an egg from Petco. They do not make it anymore and this was the closest I could come. He us in heaven. The only problem is he chews on them too hard to make them squeak and dislodges the squeaker from the hole which allows the air in an out and then they squeak no more. He will still play with them as he likes the pop up action but he always goes for the ones that still squeak.
