Great costume for the price!
I purchased this halloween costume for my Halloween party this year, and thanks to the other review that says it ran small. I usually wear small/medium, but costumes usually run a bit tight so I was going to order a Medium. I'm glad I ordered the small instead in this case, the small was still a little loose on me. So i'd suggest go down one size.
I really liked the skirt part of this costume, usually these types of costumes the skirts are so short that you really have to wear shorts under... either that or hope you dont drop anything. But the black skirt that is the bottom layer was like a bubble skirt with the elastic on the bottom part so it stays and covers what it needs to cover!
Costume arrived on schedule and all the parts were included, costume itself, 2 shot glasses, blow up parrot, bandana, belt, eye patch. I had to get my own pirate hat for this costume, but no big deal. Also the blow up bird really didnt want to stay on my shoulder, so i had to...
