bad costume, like the new movie
Not that you expect a costume like this to be super high quality, but you do expect fundamentals to be accurate. Superman's shirt is blue, and his cape is red. RED. Not grape or magenta or whatever color this is- it is not red. So what I'm saying is- if you're looking for a costume for humor's sake, like if you want to make fun of people who like Superman, than this is a good costume. If you want to make your own Bizzarro symbol and iron it over the Superman symbol, then this might be perfect. But as a "Superman Costume" you could not develop a more disappointing product. I assumed my screen's colors were off or the picture was bad. My fault. Still, this is not a Superman costume.

Good costume
As costumes go this was OK. Most costumes are pretty cheaply made and are not designed to be worn too many times. I was looking for a superman costume for my son and this was the best one of the bunch. I consider it to be above average as far as costumes are concerned. The design is a little more modern than some and the cape fit well. If you want a really great costume that fits very good you will be paying several hundred dollars. This costume is designed for common activities where costumes are expected. I gave it 4 stars because that is what I rate it compared to other similar costumes.

I should have known better
When I got the item, the superman logo on the chest was stuck to the plastic case it was in. When I pulled out the costume, parts of the logo peeled off. Also, the cape and logo that looked a red/burgandy color on the website was brown. If you want it as a joke, then its perfect.

Details about item:
Colors - weird blue- and burgandy
Fit - small, and loose. .. It makes me look like a little fat superman and im not even fat haha. I wear a size small to medium shirt normally if that helps
Durability- horrible - the logo is pretty much an iron on transfer like the kind you buy at walmart for 5 bucks, the cloth is about the same as a worn out cheap bedsheet at a sketchy hotel.

If you seriously want a superman costume, dont get this one... if you are trying to be funny about it, then it might do the job.
