While this is GI Joe, we turned it into TRON, because the tron costumes out there didn't come with helmets. I thought this was a muscle suit an was disappointed to find that is is NOT. However with some glow-in-the-dark glue sticks, this was by far the best Tron halloween costume at the carnival this year!
