I actually returned this product. The "hoop" seemed to be made of some type of plastic. It could not be ironed, therefore it had lots of wrinkles due to the packaging. The overylay was tulle and had several dirty spots. The hat was flimsy. The dress and hat did not look like the picture at all! I also had to pay the freight to return the product which I did not think was right.
