What I received looked less like the ad photo than like a creepy syphillitic uncle. The mask was shapeless and smashed permanently out of shape, with a giant bulbous shnause as the dominant feature. The jacket tie and shirt combo are made of kind of a loose shapeless poly blend that just hangs, no structure whatsoever. The hair was literally a handful of scattered glued on sparse clumps at the back of the mask, no fluffing or combing was going to improve the look.
My son was disappointed
The picture of the costume shows a zombie with blood all over it but in fact the shirt, tie and jacket look like regular clothes. My son wasn't happy with this costume. I do agree that it was a good quality though. I told my son we would buy some fake blood but he was still sad.

Costume arrived exactly as depicted. Great quality. I suspect would have cost substantially more in a halloween store. My 7 year old loves it!
