this is a fun costume. My girls and I had a blast being the ninja turtles for our hero and villain party. We added a few more Velcro in the back just so they would close better. Heads up if you want gogo boots that are purple, orange, red, and blue that match the costumes pretty well go to flirtcatalog.com. They have a multitude of colors. There are no boot covers to be found anywhere and the blue is just slightly darker then the costume pictures but not much.
Buy velcro.
This entire costume is pretty much held together by three flimsy pieces of velcro. (Even the halter at the top is velcroed together) I purchased more velcro to make this more secure.
The size is not accurate either. I usually wear a 2 but the Small (sized 4-6 it says) was VERY tight on me. If you're a true 4-6, you need to go up to a Medium.
The turtle backpack was the best part; it was really nice to have somewhere to store a hoodie + wristlet + phone. (I was SO happy to have a hoodie to wear because Halloween is usually freezing and this isn't very practical to wear in 40 degree weather)

I loved this costume, I am a size 2 and I bought the small, which fit perfect. There is velcro that keeps it attached in the back which would come undone occasionally, but nothing a safety pin couldn't take care of. I got many compliments. Also the costume does not come with the blue boots. I couldn't find them anywhere. I did buy a pair of brown boots because it matched some brown in the costume. Hope this was helpful!
