I bought several of these for a skit - they are really cute, really short and run *VERY* small. We used a size XL for a size 8 girl and it fit fine, an XL for a size 10 girl and it was tight, a XXL or PLUS size for a size 12 girl and it was tight. We used a medium for a CHILD size 10 (think XXS, size 0) - and had to hem it and cut the sleeves, but the body fit around waist and chest. The sequins do fall off all over the place, but still a really fun costume! Just order much larger than the sizing chart recommends.
