The costume is well made and includes a mesh pettycoat under the skirt to keep the skirt full. Size medium fits perfectly (I used their sizing chart). I am 5'5" and 135 lbs. It looks very cute on. Definitely needs to be worn off-shoulder due to the way it's made. I have accessorized with bangles, necklace and earrings.
