Better quality than I expected. Great value. It's obviouse, however, that there is probably only one or two sizes of the hats because they seemed out of proportion to the XS size.

So incredibly cute on my little dogs. One was Ketchup, one was Mustard for Halloween. Got tons of compliments and many requests to stop so folks could take pictures.
