I wore this dress to a friend-brewmeister's October Beer Fest. It was comfy, not itchy, and I was a hit! I had to purchase a special bra and my own pink petticoat, but otherwise the look was complete. This model must be ten feet tall, though. I am 5'8" and the skirt hit me at mid-thigh. Order true to size, I ordered up and I had to lace the top fairly tight to get it to fit my waist.
