I expected something flimsy like you would get with a pre-packaged costume but I was greatly surprised. The skirt is good quality and allows for different sizes. I was surprised how heavy it was. With a slip under it the skirt really filled out. It looks great with my steampunk costume and I'm looking forward to wearing it.

I was delighted with the high quality of the bustle skirt! The fabric is a lovely color, soft, and sturdy enough to hold up under the most strenuous steampunk adventures.
