All I could say is that I was very happy with the item..shipping and description on point. The only problem I had in my part was that I order a size Small for my yorkier who weights about 11 pounds..was to small on him so I exchanged it for a Medium and didnt had no problems at all. I just returned it back with the instructions and was shipped right back at me without questions or problems. Cant complaint it was worth it..would def recommend this seller to anybody. E S BX ,NY
