I wear a size 14 - 16 and my mother wears a size 12 ... This costume was super tight on me and snug on my mother. It fits about a size 12 but is more for someone who is about a 10 or between 10 and 12, but it certainly doesn't fit anyone who's a plus size girl. Also, the wig isn't a wig, it's just two strips of hair that are supposed to poke out of the hood and the costume is very see through so you need to plan for that, if you buy it.
