Perfect fullness to go under a dress or skirt.
Loved the fullness on this pettiskirt. Looked at many others and was worried it would be flat as a pancake!! They all look full in the pics but this one is definitely true to its description. Purchased the medium size for my 8 year old to wear under a pirate costume. The length is perfect but she is a little on the skinny side so I had to gather up the waist and stitch it. Better roomy than too tight!
