Rubie's Costume Pirates of the B000H1Y1WK

Rubie's Costume Pirates of the Seven Seas Captain Cutthroat - Adult Standard - 4.5 out of 5 stars from 14 customer reviews

Nice but Small
The label says Adult Standard, but it comes way short of that. The jacket fit my eldest son, who is a scant 115 pounds (at 5'10") - needless to say he's narrow and thin. Didn't fit my husband, who it was intended for. He ended up using what he could and finding substitutes for the rest. BEST: the jacket was very stylish for a costume, detailed. Too bad it didn't fit. WORST: the blouse/shirt which was not much more than a napkin. If you can fit it, then it's a great costume. Just be wary of the size.

A Bit On Small Size - but nicely detailed
I was surprised by this - it wasn't as bad as many costumes. Lots of detail and the bag really made for a good complete pirate. But it did run a bit small - my thin husband fit it but barely.

I do highly recommend it - it's one of the better costumes out there.

Great Jack Sparrow Costume
I am very happy with this product. I wanted to dress as Captain Sparrow this year, but didn't want to dish out the $150 on a costume that I would use once a year. It comes with everything shown except for the sword, pants, and facial hair.
NONE OF THIS IS DURABLE MATERIAL. IT'S A HALLOWEEN COSTUME. These aren't regular clothes. The boots and cuffs are made of foam, and the shirt, sash, cap, and overcoat are made of very thin material. Not for horseing around. It fits me perfectly, but I'm a slender 5ft 10" 25 year old.
I really liked that the braids were thick and long(the hat I bought for it had very thin braids). Also the red in the picture is a lot duller than shown (but that fits the Jack Sparrow persona better).
For the price and how well it looks you won't find a better deal. Buy yourself a nice hat and cutlass for it and you are ready to sail the seven seas in the most unusual piratey Jack Sparrow way.
