I have 1 1/2 year old twin girls and I bought this costume, and the other ragamuffin costume for them. I bought the toddler size 1-2 years. It fits pretty good, with the exception the pants are a little big. My girls also run on the small size though. They are just starting to wear 12-18 months in regular clothes. This costume was also made better than I thought it was going to be for $25. It really is super cute, and I'm glad I ordered it.
