It is a man's pajama suit with printed pattern, it has 2 small velcro dots to hold the back together and like another review stated, you'd have to undress halfway to use the restroom all night...kind of inconvenient. I got a medium and am 5'7" 150lbs and it was way too loose and baggy. I guess I was expecting a bit more form fitting since the outfit is supposed to be tight, but not even close. Poor quality for my taste.

It was a good costume for the price, it was a little bit big on me but got it tailored. Really enjoyed it and had a great time on Halloween.
Improperly sewn
This costume is comprised of two parts (the upper chest and the lower pants) sewn together as one piece but they were sewn together incorrectly. The butt was on the front of the costume and the chest was on the back. I am returning it. Of note, I'm 5'11 and that is probably the limit for a "medium" sized costume.
