I used this for my cat actually, got a very cute photo out of it. It was really easy to put on. I'd just measure the length of your animal's back, which I didn't do. It doesn't matter too much if it comes up short because it just lays on the back, but its cuter I think if the pig tail is in the right place.
A totally cute and acceptable costume for halloween.
I only had my cat wear it for a minute to get the pictures, so I can't speak to how well it lasts with wear, but I doubt (and I hope!) no one intends to use this for long periods of time anyways.

I got this for my two pound chorky. It's actually too big for her, but I think a size smaller would have been too short for her. It's pretty much just a cape, with velcrow and a pig head hood. I am going to have to alter it for the costume contest. I'm glad it was only 8 bucks and free shipping.
****Someone asked me how big the pig head is, but I can't find the question anymore to answer directly....so I hope you see this.
The pig hood is about 5.5 inch long and 7 inchs wide.
The cape from the neck to the base of the tail is about 8inchs long. Girth about 12 inchs.
