Caveat emptor: I am a size 10, and this costume fits me snugly. I'm not complaining--no alterations are required. Also, I'm 5'4", and the length of the skirt is perfect.
Very Large, Needs to be Taked In but great quality.
This costume is a standard size and as a petite 115 pound woman (size 2) I found myself literally drowning in this costume. I definitly need to have it altered before I can wear it in public. However, the quality of the dress is much nicer than other costumes and looks very authentic as a sleeping beauty dress. I was impressed with the heavy under skirt which prevented the dress from being see through and added volume to the dress.
Again, my only issue with this product is that it is going to cost me a fortune to have altered as the bust, arms and waist all need to be drastically altered. My advice would be to purchase a costume that comes in YOUR SIZE. Don't expect the "standard" size to be accomidating.
Very nice quality, full skirt, nice fabric
I was very pleased with the quality of this costume. The skirt was very full and had stiff fabric inside to make it puff out. The fabric was nice, and had a good zipper. The pointy peplum was transparent, which is not very Aurora-y, and the laced-up part of the bodice was flimsy gold trim that was not sewn down, but those are my only complaints. If you are more than a C-cup, it will be too tight. It definitely looks like Aurora's dress and is worth the money. I was not disappointed at all with this purchase.
