I ordered this item for a school play in a kids size. After 8 days the costume came, but it was adult size and fit a 42" chest. When I called the company, no call was returned. After an e-mail, they told me I would have to go back to Amazon and reorder the item, even after explaining the, NOW, tight time constraint with the play impending. After I sent another e-mail, the return e-mail from Spookshop was slightly rude, stating that I would obviously get a refund if it was their fault. Needless to say, I ordered a different costume from another store.
