The gladiator child costume was a joy for my 10 year old son during Halloween. The only item that wasn't practicle was the shin guards which were extremely uncomfortable. He purchased a Roman Centurian helment and a sword with a scabbard seaprately. All and all this met the expectations of a Roman custome at a reasonable price.
