For a $40.00 item, I received my money's worth. " One size fits all" means just that - big on a 6-8, will probably fit up to a 14-16 due to elastisized waist. The capelet comes with velcro trim and the "fur" must be attached by you. Hat runs big. No lining in the capelet, but the inside of the fabric looks good. I find marabou fur to fly all over the place, so I will sew a plaid fabric ribbon in place of fur. The costumes appears more expensive than the cost. Bye
