We bought a bunch of these for a party at around $15/set via Amazon. Just want to make clear, there are no ties on these capes to wear around ones neck. We easily sewed on our own. They are made of a thin brown nylon which is almost sheer. Size-wise, it fit a 4-year-old loosely and was snug on a 10-year-old. The belt is made of a smooth piece of fabric foam with screen printed design on it and that fasten behind with velcro. There is no holster for a saber. It is a bit stretchy, so it fit a wide range of waists. The saber is green and requires batteries for the lighted effect. The shaft of the saber has a button switch for turning the light on and off. There is no clip to attach the saber to a belt loop. The green plastic part retracts back into the shaft and has a lock on the end to keep it from extending back out. I ordered this for my grandsons birthday. He was thrilled with it.
He continues to play "Jedi" .
It was a great purchase.
dissapointing
Very misleading because your title description clearly states "costume and accessory kit" when it is just the accessory kit. It also states fully licensed star wars costume in item specifications. My son was dissapointed when it arrived. I now had to go out and find something appropriate to match as a costume. Your wording of the description needs to be changed for future purchases.
