I bought these for a project, and they were perfect! wonderfully sparkly, and the sparkle comes from the actual sparkle thread in the weaving, not from glitter, so no mess. Don't know if that would make them itchy or not since mine weren't for wearing, but looks-wise, they are GREAT.
