The order arrived in a timely manner, but the skirt had black marks all over the bottom. It looked like it had been run over. Size seemed correct. Pom poms were red and white and did not match the outfit.
Misleading
Item came with red and white pom poms, not as shown in stock photo.
White areas on the skirt were blemished from the black fabric which
appeared dyed from moisture in the package. Collar of costume was
sprayed on, not sewn on as shown.
