I ordered this for my daughter's princess birthday party and I can't say enough about it. I didn't know about the skirt for underneath it until after I ordered so I just put my daughter's tutu on under the dress and it filled out just like in the picture. It comes packaged so is rather wrinkled when you get it. I think if I had wet the skirt and let it hang dry it would have been fine, I just didn't do it. The dress was so pretty for the price and I had several people askme where I got it!
